Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - During interview, Recruiter and Hr just ask if you have laptop and broadband.
But the thing is they will hide many things from you like during training they will ask you to arrange extra phone and sim card, and you have to bear all the expenses like mobile and internet recharge and electricity bill.
Plus it was a contract job and they did not disclose this during interview.They will tell you that we informed you earlier about this.
Salary is too low as per the work load.
Don't even get time to breathe and there are no employee value.Your trainer and Tl will treat you like hell.
There is no personal life after working in Teleperformance.
There are no breaks, you have to ask like a student if you want to go to loo also.

Round: Test Experience: The questions were asked on Arthemetical reasoning Series completion Puzzle test Data interpretation Syllogism Blood relations In verbal(english) section, 2 long reading comprehensions will be given and wuestions based on those. 7-8 small passages for theme detection. 4 sentences were given out of that 1 gramatically correct sentence should be chosen. fill in the blanks with appropriate sentence. Total Questions: 75
Round: Technical Interview Experience: In technical section, they will ask about the project that we have done,questions on our academic subjects.for me they have asked to explain my project to primary school students.less questions on computer skills.
Round: HR Interview Experience: In HR interview, they will maily concentrate on our confidence, sincearity. questions regaurding our family background,any ups and downs in the academic performance till then. Some stress questions and also on company profile and PPT they have given before.
Round: Test Experience: In email writing one question was given describing the situation and maximum word limit. It has the keywords given to be used. 1 question, 10 minutes.This section is generally used to check your verbal ability. Make sure to use all the keywords given and complete it within time, with no spelling mistakes of course. Missing a keyword or a spelling mistake could be your goodbye to qualified list.The second section had 30 questions of quantitative aptitude. Duration 70 mins. There are questions from various sections, such as Time and speed, Time and distance, Data interpretation,etc.There are 2-3 star marked questions which have more weight-age. There my also be a dummy question who doesn't have any matching answer. Make sure uh don't attempt these questions.26-27 questions is the cut-off for qualified list.But you have to do the email writing part correctly. Tips: Practice email writing online from various websites such as technicalbaba.com, indiageeks.comPractice quantitative aptitude as it is a must in any interview you will face. you can use R.S.Agarwal or CAT material. Round: Interview Experience: Greeting the interviewer is a must. Be confident and enthusiastic. Have your resume properly ready. Technical questions from your subject will be asked. Not a must that you should know any programming language like C, C++, JAVA. Tips: Prepare 3-4 subjects of your core branch. Never try to flatter the interviewer. Be confident and answer the questions appropriately. Dont say directly " I DON'T KNOW". Atleast try even if you dont know the answer.
Round: Interview Experience: There are certain questions which doesnt have direct answers. You have to be diplomatic about them. You should be able to see all the possible situation when a question like that is asked.

Round: Test Experience: Deloitte selection procedure involves a written test which is same as CAT format (certainly not that tough). Though I had not joined any test series to prepare for it, but I must strongly recommend that you should actually join a test series (provided by Career Launcher or TIME). This test series will actually help you to synchronize your mind to the format and moreover it would help to refresh the question solving skills which you used to exercise while preparing for JEE.
Round: Group Discussion Experience: general topic is given (mostly it is as to how you would go for implementing a new type of technology in a company, and hence you all have to decide the stepwise procedure for the implementation), then whole of the group is called in presentation room where each one is told personally to speak about the same topic as that of GD. This constitutes second round. Finally, if you clear it, you get to face the interviews. Tips: From now onwards, start reading newspaper daily. Just give at least one hour reading the editorials from newspaper and make it your habit. Not only for GD's, but for life in general, its very important that you should have a certain view about things happening around you and in the world and newspapers are the best thing which help you form your views and also know about the expert opinions on day to day topics. So, make sure that you read newspaper daily.
Round: Other Interview Experience: For interview, main thing is that you should be well conversed about everything you have mentioned on your resume. So, before you go for any interview, just make sure that you can speak about for 5 minutes on every single thing in resume. Deloitte is a company which is open for all the btech students and hence its mainly looking for the students who have a right attitude and are good at their interests. Tips: have a perfect set of communication skills. I had not done any special type of preparations for the interview or group discussions but all these skills actually developed during these years. I would advise that in order to gain more confidence at speaking, you should start taking challenges from now on and should actively participate in any sort of debates and GD.
