Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please stay away from this organization. Typical owner-driven form, don't get swayed by the Shell name in it as they are just a sleeping partner. Shell gets a fixed annual royalty for the use of its brand name and it is irrespective of the volume of business.
In case you are in a salary range of 15+ and in a non-sales role the chances of you getting stuck at the time of confirmation is much higher.
The CEO is from the TikiTar family and a very random person. Driven by unrealistic expectations, lack of any support, and driven by mood swings he will intentionally make it tough for you to discharge your duties. Initial 1-2 months might be smooth.
During the interview, you will be shown a rosy picture of this firm plans has big plans like conducting influencer's meet 10-12 times a year and much more, just counter them with how many of those said initiatives were taken in the past (from Nov'19 till date).
Even if you decide to join after reading this, ask for that much hike which can help you stay afloat without a job for 6 months. Develop a thick skin as there will be instances where CEO will give you existential threats, will tell your salary doesn't justify your output and so much more.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The hr who called was extremely rude and arrogant from the first day. She shouted on me multiple times because of her Incontinency and even after I had cleared 4 rounds of interview in which for some reason I had to give a demo in every round, she called me at 11-11.30 pm and didn't look at the initial documents submitted by me, she had the audacity to say to shout at me about any mistakes in my interview and told me that you are from a very minial college and I take interviews of iit students so listen to me and give interview like I tell you to. They have no proper hiring system what so ever and their company has no care about this.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - After clearing all the interview rounds and submitting the required documents, including the last 3 months' pay slips from my current company, the communication suddenly stopped. They had initially mentioned that the offer would be released the day after submitting the pay slips and had confirmed they could meet my expectations. If the budget was an issue, they shouldn't have wasted my time with multiple rounds of offline interviews. This has been the most disappointing interview process I’ve experienced so far.
