Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Regular hr questions like tell about ur self,hobbies,strengths,any team activities, about paper presented and questions on that, questions on leadership qualities, asked to talk about 'conservation of energy' for few minutes, asked abouts functions or events organised.

Experience: The first round was an online assessment of your knowledge in any of the three languages (C , C++, Java ).
Tips: Although they specify the syllabus but don't just rely on that.

Round: Interview
Experience: Second round was a HR + Technical interview.
The HR was combined with Technical interview in which they asked about the basic HR questions. The technical interview included a few basic questions on C or C++ programming and a few questions relating to the technicalities of the projects we did in our internships and Hobbies club..
Tips: Be well prepared for HR questions. Listen to the PPT carefully .

Round: IQ test
Experience: The third round was a simple IQ test. Be well versed with the language of your choice.

General Tips: The online test can be tackled if you study the first year alloted assigned book for the language you prefer. Having chosen C++ I was asked many questions related to templates and data structures.

Experience: Basic aptitude questions with some application based questions which do not require any calculation. Second section tests the verbal ability of the student with few grammar based questions and few word analogy related.
Tips: Good practice of basic aptitude questions covering most of the topics and critical reasoning questions without using pen and paper will help a lot.If you are a voracious reader you need not worry for verbal section but if you hardly read then start reading from now and develop a habit.

Round: Interview
Experience: Be honest and answer the questions confidently. For all the questions I supported myself with good answers and some examples. For the question regarding my verbal ability in which I scored less marks I answered that I recognise that weakness and started reading newspapers and word power book.
Tips: Only confidence is the mantra for hr interview. Support your answer and stick to your answer. If possible give examples and be expressive.

Skill Tips: Showcase your strengths and make the interviewer ask what you want him to ask take him in your direction.

Tips: Time constraint will be the major problem. CAT preparation would sufficeBrush up your coding skills- concentrate in either C or C++ or whichever language you're comfortable withE.g.: The coding question- Write a function to find if a number is palindromeBrush up through basic data structuresGraph theory and few sorting algorithms

Tips: Be thorough with the work done in your internships and projects. Be ready to answer why you are interested in the company.Maintain your confidence level in the interviews. They also look for good communication skills, and even leadership, which is evident from the way you conduct yourself through the interview.Practice quant questions, prepare answers for all the basic HR questions.Coding, go through sorting algorithms, FOR, Graph theory.Digital IC design is very important courses. You should be through with this courses if you are interested in digital profile.

Round: Test
Experience: CAT type questions on maths and English. Speed matters. Preparation for CAT helps, I did not sit for CAT but I went through is DI material before the test to increase my speed. Questions in general are easy. Conduct yourself professionally. Deloitte decides to allot you a profile depending on your score in this test most probably. So make sure you do well in this test. I think the highest scoring candidates are shortlisted for the S&O profile, though I am not sure about it.
Tips: If you are up for a career in management consulting and can't possibly be shortlisted by Mckinsey or BCG, this is your golden opportunity. You have to do well in the test for it. Deloitte is one of the best places in the world for management consulting after MBB firms and I believe some people might have gotten selected for this profile just because they did well in this test (by fair or unfair means!!)

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: You are given a case. Your group of 10 has to find a solution for a client. The process lasts for about 30 minutes. The key is staying calm and composed and not disputing and challenging others violently! At the end you are supposed to give a presentation on the problem and it solution, 5 minutes for each member.
Tips: Speak less rather than speaking trash. Introduce yourself first when asked to give your part of the presentation and behave professionally, they check more on your professional behavior than the effectiveness of your solution. 50 % of the students passing this round generally make it to the offer. Hence this is the most important round. If you have done very well in this round you will probably do well in the PI.

Round: Behavorial Interview
Experience: Behavioral questions base on your resume.
I had networked a bit with my interviewer before the interview because both of us were waiting to enter the interview room and it felt awkward not talking to him. I think that might have helped.

Dont go for a technology profile hoping you will get to enter the management consulting space some day. Technology consulting is a good career choice only if you are passionate about it, or else it is a disaster, since the only exit route is an MBA application.
Dont go without reading about the company, it was a big source of worry for me
Tips: Answer the questions diplomatically. Appearing confident helps. I kept a smiling face no matter how tensed I was, that might help.
Know all the points in your resume and prepare to answer all behavioral questions you can possibly think of.
Have some questions to ask at the end of the interview.

General Tips: Its good if you have some extra academic involvement to have some discussion points during your PI. Or when you are asked about an achievement you are very proud of.
Skill Tips: I felt the company loves to hire calm and professional people who can articulate themselves properly. And do well in the written test if you want a profile of your choice.
Deloitte is probably the only company to be able to compete with the likes of Mckinsey in management consulting and IBM in technology, at the same time. No doubt, it is a great brand name to work with. It is highly rated in both the fields.
Strategy and Operations is a very good career if you are looking for management consulting, they have a program to train and sponsor you for the best B-Schools in the world.
The technology profiles are good if you are passionate about technology and its integration.
So be careful about your choices.

Experience: 1 round of 10 minutes duration.
Depends very much on what position they are trying to fill in and area of expertise of the interviewer(s). They asked me basic questions on Image Processing. Interview went decent

Experience: This is the first step of being eligible for the company.It depends upon the eligibility criteria given by the company.
Tips: Most companies ask for 60% right from 10th to the present degree..make sure you have 60% uptil present degree

Round: Test
Experience: This is the first feel good experience in the entire selection process,getting thtough the aptitude and getting shortlisted is the first step which takes us to the other rounds.
Tips: Here managing the time is really important thing..being smart is what all matters...Every  section should be given equal importance as there would be sectional cutoff.
Total Questions: 90 mins

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The topic is infact related to us in common..we all know about smart phones advantages and disadvantages..i spoke both pros and cons with confidence nd without deviating from topic.
Tips: Utilise the time when u get to speak.Dont be over confident or show attitude towards others or fight with your group people..if anyone is deviating from the topic you hav rights to say in a polite manner.
Duration: 30 mins minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: My interview is combined technical and HR interview which is infact really cool..1 question is related to technical..other logical..next is about my personal life..it went on like this..my interview is nearly for an hour because i am the 1st candidate to attend interview for capgemini after the group discussion
Tips: Be cool..relaxed..make up your mind..have a pleasant smile on your face..dont be tensed..if you dont know anything..just reply sorry sir/maam..be confident..your every move is noticed by them..be polite.

General Tips: This is easy to achieve when you have good communication skills,time management and analytical ability..just prepare yourself with these and be confident

General Tips: Company was very impressed and wanted to make an offer but with a different profile in the interview itself but I was consistent on what I wanted and through strong negotiation finally convinced them that I am fit for Investment banking or global markets and hence that worked
