Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was out of my borders because I'm a graduate from science field and TARGET is a retail company. So I had to do a lot of research about the company and how does this retail business run and everything related to retailing. My interviewer kept on pressing that one question about the retail business and after a long run he was really satisfied. I knew that he was checking my knowledge and pressuring my patience, but I'm really a controlled person. So I didn't let that pressure to reach my core and I kept myself calm.
Revise your resume and job description very well. Be carefull with what you put up in your resume. Be really honest with your interviewer, don't try to butter up your answers and be really confident. Always maintain eye contact and keep yourself calm and always try to have a positive thoughts. Impress your interviewer with your strong personality & knowledge. Make him/her feel that you are the best one among the crowd.
