  • Q4. Interviewer (Pradeep Biradar) did not had the intention for recruitment. He was demoralising about the position and the company.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was interviewed with Eaton by Pradeep Birader. He introduced himself as some manager. Twice interview was postponed. Later in the interview Mr. Pradeep Biradar started showing his true colour with absolutely absurd questions.

What happens if someone senior in the company doesn’t share technical facts, what will you do??? Management wants you to deliver from first day! All such absurd and nonsense question.

Then he switched his question, what if 70% documentation work given to you for next 2 years, what will you do?
Obviously management should know this better!

All kind of baseless and nonsense questions from the interviewer. Do not know authenticity and credibility of these person. As if he is coming from a roadside slum.

My answer was clear, if someone not willing to share technical details of project than leadership should take care of this. If 70% of documentation work is there, you must hire a technical writer.

Then clearly I showed my disinterest for this position!

This is how some incompetent and incredible people spoils good positions and working culture of good companies.
