  • Q1. How can you design frequency divider?
  • Ans. 

    Frequency divider can be designed using flip-flops and logic gates to divide the input frequency by a certain factor.

    • Use flip-flops to create a binary counter that counts up to the desired division factor.

    • Use logic gates to detect the desired count value and reset the counter.

    • Connect the output of the counter to the input of the next stage to achieve further division.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was almost 50 mins and it was very long and out of context questions. The CTC was 3.6-6LPA. So such a long interview was not expected at this CTC. The exact CTC and inhand salary was not even discussed. So the overall interview experience is not good.

Tips: Maintain your voice pitch, be clear with what you are talking and listen to others also.

Experience: You will have to talk with a programmed voice using voice call. You need to follow the instructions of the programmed voice. They will record whatever you speak and judge your speaking skills.
Tips: Try to speak in English with at least few peers.

etc can be expected for sure.The HR is not interested in your departmental knowledge, rather he is more interested in the way you are explaining something tin a layman manner. He/She cares how you analyse situations. Some random sitaution may be posed and HR may ask you to analyse the situation.
