Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never give up and approach every interview with confidence. Over the past three months, I attended 13 to 14 interviews; there may be times when you might not be the right fit for a particular company, but do not let that discourage you. Keep pushing forward, and if you give your best effort, good results will come with time. I also experienced a low phase, but by staying committed to learning and continuously improving myself, I have been able to grow, and you can do the same.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was hired for a different role. Which I was working for eventually. But after about 6 months things changed. I was asked to work on anything and everything which I’m not eligible for or have no experience in.
Then after talking to many other teams in the organisation they told me that cognizant work culture is that way where the project dissolves and then they move you to another process or make you do something else that you have not signed up for. So this is the work culture here. I personally coming from an agency background would suggest that working for a service based company was a bad idea.
