Round 1 - Group Discussion 

Administration related discussion by directors HR Administration Liasioning and industrial relations business development heads are there to know how much depths of my knowledge I am carrying. Different people have their mind set and your experience will phase this very easily and if they don't quite understand then don't hesitate to correct them.

Round 2 - Assignment 

HR policies building clearance fire certificate canteen management contracts renewal disbursement policy hospitality HR policies Liasioning with ministry and financial budgeting of two thousand employees.

Round 3 - Case Study 

Case study of firing of blue collar and having strong contact in union.
Firing of general manager who has been charged with posh and investigation I have to conduct and made a report and submit report today itself.
