Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't apply on this company and waste your time .
Firstly i requested the HR to take my first round on zoom; as otherwise i have to take leave form my office. She told me she will try and close everything in one day if all goes well.
I took a half day off and went ; i informed her i was there she took hour and half to come out of a meeting. Then just took HR round and sent me home.
Called me back in 2-3 day again for F2F with the CEO.
And all he was taking about is how far is my place from the office location and how will i travel to work. I f they have that concern that i lived far away didn't they had my address in the phone round she took before calling me for first round.
After that i called her for update also messaged her she replied me once that interviews are going on, and then she didn't had the courtesy to even reply back.
This was a senior level interview round ; have some professionalism and at least reply back a person who took 2 days of their life to come and interview in your company.
