Tips: Good practice of basic aptitude questions covering most of the topics and critical reasoning questions without using pen and paper will help a lot.If you are a voracious reader you need not worry for verbal section but if you hardly read then start reading from now and develop a habit.

Experience: Be honest and answer the questions confidently. For all the questions I supported myself with good answers and some examples. For the question regarding my verbal ability in which I scored less marks I answered that I recognise that weakness and started reading newspapers and word power book.
Tips: Only confidence is the mantra for hr interview. Support your answer and stick to your answer. If possible give examples and be expressive.

Skill Tips: Showcase your strengths and make the interviewer ask what you want him to ask take him in your direction.

Experience: HR preparation – slight basic. My HR was very good. Moreover, my intern was in Mumbai Metro Rail, which helped me push in for infra. Also my PORs gave me an edge over others.
Tips: CFA played a crucial role for my friends.

General Tips: Basically puzzles, as they are helpful in almost every company. It provides you a direction for thinking.

Experience: You will have to talk with a programmed voice using voice call. You need to follow the instructions of the programmed voice. They will record whatever you speak and judge your speaking skills.
Tips: Try to speak in English with at least few peers.

Experience: You must be well thorough with your CV. Common questions like:*Tell me about yourself?*What are your strength and weakness?*Why consultancy and analyst profile?*What do you know about analyst profile?*What does Capgemini does? Tell us more about Capgemini?
etc can be expected for sure.The HR is not interested in your departmental knowledge, rather he is more interested in the way you are explaining something tin a layman manner. He/She cares how you analyse situations. Some random sitaution may be posed and HR may ask you to analyse the situation.
Tips: #Confidence in yourself.#Well verse with CV.#Able to explain even to layman.#Know basic information about data analytics.

General Tips: Interview question was mainly to gauge my knowledge about insurance sector. I had little idea about the sector but a little research prior to the interview helps. When you are over with the gd/ hr interview and you think there is a good chance of clearing it then make sure u get some knowledge about sector and the company .Read about the sector well and the company as well.
