I just recently joined Australia based company as sql support with 3.5lpa. My previous company was small with salary 2.2 lpa and 1 year experience. In just pobation period in my new company I found out they don't care about work life balance. Unofficially they want every employee to work minimum 10 hours per day. I want to ask 1. Does every company want this from their employee. 2. This job used my 13 hours (job + travel) per day and it's getting hard for my personal growth as I want to switch into Business analyst. 3. Need your suggestion is I have to switch to another company in probation period or get experience for atleast 1 year. 4. My current total work experience is 1.5 year if I switch into BA what I expect from salary.

The interview usually takes place in the morning and before afternoon all the candidates should be ready to attend the interview,so interviews can be conducted till the end of afternoon.The interview time usually varies from one person to an another.i.e.deserving candidates are interviewed for a longer time.Almost any designation here requires some good physical strength as travel is must and is a mandatory question that has to be yes to proceed to the next question.Having good communication skill is very necessary for any job,also a certificate is an added skill.
Skill set other than communication skills are customer handling,adhering to seniors and getting the desired target along with good idea on fin-tech can be a reason to get a better placement here.
