Discussion value addition to the existing project or management team. 6. Emphasize your core strength and how you'll deploy that to the service of your employer. 7. Do not rundown anyone, you former company, colleagues, supervisor and managers.

1. Learn to listen attentively and give answers that are related and useful to the question being asked.
2. Do not overstate any thing or volunteer information that are not asked for by the interview.
3. Think through all question before answering, please learn to say I can not remember that correctly, when you don't know or remember the correct answer to a question. You are not expected to know or remember everything in your career.
4. When it is your turn to ask questions to the interviewers ask questions that a relevant to the opportunity for are being interviewed for.
5. Do not unnecessarily disagree with your interviewers on what you know more than they know.
6. Be prepared and careful when discussing remunerations and other benefits, ask as much question as possible, you only get what you negotiate in business.
7.Never assume that all is well in any organization, do not close the exit door from recent employers, you may have need to see them again.

Why are women still asked such personal questions in interview?
I recently went for an interview… and honestly, m still trying to process what just happened. Instead of being asked about my skills, experience, or how I could add value to the company… the questions took a totally unexpected turn. The interviewer started asking things like When are you getting married? Are you engaged? And m sure, if I had said I was married, the next question would’ve been How long have you been married? What does my personal life have to do with the job m applying for? This is where I felt the gender discrimination hit hard. These types of questions are so casually thrown at women during interviews but are they ever asked to men? No one asks male candidates if they’re planning a wedding or how old their kids are. So why is it okay to ask women? Can we please stop normalising this kind of behaviour in interviews? Our careers shouldn’t be judged by our relationship status. Period.
