Q1. The letter of intent

Ans. HR said will release offer with five days but more than month waited for offer and after several follows ups then communicated that rejected. The user don’t discuss with current employer once you select in ROX wait until for offer don’t believe HR words because HR is providing false hopes to the employee.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have cleared technical rounds and finished face to face discussion. As per HR update I have selected for the position and will send offer letter soon but I didn’t get any feedback yet It’s been a month. After several follow ups, Hr is telling like rejected they didn’t even know how to behave professionally with jobseekers they didn’t know how to accountability towards HR profession. Dear jobseekers please don’t believe HR words and discuss with your current employer before you receive any letter from ROX.
