  • Q1. The letter of intent
  • Ans. HR said will release offer with five days but more than month waited for offer and after several follows ups then communicated that rejected. The user don’t discuss with current employer once you select in ROX wait until for offer don’t believe HR words because HR is providing false hopes to the employee.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have cleared technical rounds and finished face to face discussion. As per HR update I have selected for the position and will send offer letter soon but I didn’t get any feedback yet It’s been a month. After several follow ups, Hr is telling like rejected they didn’t even know how to behave professionally with jobseekers they didn’t know how to accountability towards HR profession. Dear jobseekers please don’t believe HR words and discuss with your current employer before you receive any letter from ROX.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
