Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My advise is that the candidate should always face the panel with confidence ,just keep this in mind that the maximum what can happen is that you would be rejected....so what ,this is not the only company.
My second advise is do not speak the untruth....if you do not know or understand pls say so...."sorry; I don't know"..OR.."i have not got the question right, could you please repeat it , PLEASE "

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Things we had faced that actually based on the situation basic that on that moment what you will do and how you will react on that moment . In BYJUS I will say that is a number 1 ad-tech company in world wide in currents and there is no competitor in the market and If you know in a better manner how to fight with the situation then its a best place for you because here you are seling concepts not a product .

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.
Skills: Communication, Body Language, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Decision Making Skills
Duration: 1-4 weeks

Experience: Our entire batch was asked to upload resume and then a shortlist was given out within a week
Tips: Objective should be clear and crisp, educational qualifications can be presented in a tabular form, work experience, project details and achievements should be given from most recent to least recent
Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: The environment was relaxed. 2 interviewers were there. Both asked questions. It was not a stress interview and I was also given time to think and answer
Tips: Confidence is important while answering. It is important to be clear on basics before learning high funda things. The answers should not be very long and essay like.

Experience: Technical Round consisted of two rounds. Both were telephonic
My first round was about 55 minutes. Be sure to revise all your basic concepts and most of all, you should know about your current MT-Project
The second round lasted for 30 mins
Tips: Go through your resume. Be sure you are confident enough to explain about your projects
Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was a general HR round. They asked simple questions regarding family, hobbies and told us about CTC breakup.
Skills: Confidence, Project Done In Past
