Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Lesser hike, no promotions untill you are favourite of your boss. Heads of Project execution team are worst. Also every now and then policies changes regarding outstation expenses. They do biased expense policy.

Worst and down market is Chetan Mugdiya from project team. He tortures the team and gives promotion to those who says 'yes sir' to him..He is very poor at English, education, knowhow then too he gets promotion only due to VP Arun singh because he also does the same. Arun singh is not at all a good leader he is a dictator as he many times uses abusive language during site visits. He even yells on lady staff and many of them had left jobs because of Arun.

Both are indeed ruling, ruing and harrassing the staff. I left the company due to these guys only. HR is also not able to control them or give proper justice to leaving staff.. Very bad environment for work. Project team office is like Jail.

Don't know when CEO will take action against them as in market reviews are continuously declining.

HR fools public in the name of 500rs per day as food allowance and also doesn't mention in salary slip. Many times expense credit is delayed. This is my experience of 3 years with Dmart project team. I was frustrated n left the job because of Chetan. If still he is there pls don't join Project execution team. You are wasting your time instead join other retail or real estate.

I am now enjoying work life bal in my current company with better salary n promotion.
