Experience: They asked about the store target and achievements. what are the skills required to run the shop. How will you give the growth over last years sale and how much. How will you manage your team. What is K Pi's and KRA, Ticket size, Square feet sale.
Tips: If any company is promoting his employee, it should be on his abilities and company has been already observed him, so i think there should not be such rounds. it has to be only one round to select by his abilities and his performance .
