Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Telephonic interview on technical happened almost for 40 mins..it was good...got call for second round of technical after a week...this time there was technical interview around 15mins because I have given good in telephonic round itself , it's just a formality round informed by interviewer... after that on same day they conducted HR interview... everything went smooth and she has informed that the job level would be L4 and compensation will be around 6LPA. I just said thank you and it was expected good outcome. But next-day got call from another hr(she is not the one who taken hr interview), and she informed me that the compensation provided will be 4.8 and the job role also be not the one informed in interview....she is very rude in talking and I felt she is not even convincing as there was wrong communication earlier she should be at least speak convincing way...later I asked her why was it said 6 earlier and now it's reduced...she answered me it's company norms...I said Ok...but ex
Tips: That hr told me that she will check and get back...but there was no call from her...at least she should inform me saying that this much only we can offer...later when I call she is telling your position already filled by someone...so friends there will be some people who will not do their job perfect... don't upset because of them... you will always get a chance to prove yourself..
