Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pls don't join this company...outdated HR Policy and Management people are worst and having outdated mind set. Treating employees as Resource only, Management gives priority to money only, they don't care of their employees.

Only two months project and assigning more than one projects which you can't handle. Even you will have to work late night if target doesn't finish on time.

Resource management is worst and project management is even worst. They are following their agile only...you will not get appropriate appraisal even after good performance.

Infrastructure is also outdated and unhygienic place in the IT Industry.

So it's my humble request to not join this worst company.
