In my 20 years fm field service this was the bad experience bcz of the company back end team support not given to site managers, if any clients escalation we can't tell to back end team,if you tell,,? within a movement they hold up your salary and issue the termination letter like poor perfermace and terminated within a week ,wantedly they hold up the salary and started harresment, (rs 20 k hold up the salary still not yet received) from paradigm fm service.
( I can't recommend this company to Facility managers).
