Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview is taken by a founder who had bad attitude problems. The turbhe shop is hard to reach as it is just a start up business but the founder’s attitude is like he is a founder of some big MNC Company. Even MNC companies who has 10000+ employees wont have such attitude like this guy has. There are just 5-6 people who are working for him. During interview he was sipping his tea/coffee and was talking on phone and he seemed very unprofessional and Rude. The salary wont be as good for the experienced person, plus no pf, plus you have to travel within city, and the main thing, everyday you may have to face a bad boss who can insult you on anything.
For the first time, after the interview I felt like even if i get selected i wont be working here!

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The Interview included Round 1 and Round 2.
Round 1- questions were asked about past experiences and Like a proper professional interview. It was good.
Round 2- It was taken by the founder who had a very bad attitude and he seemed unprofessional. He was degrading the candidates as if they knows nothing. He asked tricky questions and that was alright but the attitude he had seemed very bad. I had given various interviews with big companies but this was very disappointing. I previously had worked with good and big organisations and what I understand from it is Salary, work flexibility , job description is all secondary part. What matters is how are the employees gonna be treated and how positive the culture is and what values you represent.
Yes, work is desk based and you can learn alot from it. It was just a founder who seemed rude.
