- Ans. Tell your skills and be honest. Having an experience in customer service i told them my first skill as a good listener, communication, negotiation, patience and always resolve disputes. I gave an experience of how i overcame and made happy an irate customer who was very dissatisfied with the service.

Say something like you're a bit talkative (if you are) and you're working on it. Another weakness may be sometimes you become stressed but able to meet the deadline..it doesn't have an impact on the job. The interviewer can understand if you are telling the truth or just faking it. Best of luck.
