Round: Test
Experience: Maths was general CAT level questions. Probability, one question on LPP , like, if a factory has two products made out of X and Y ingredients , which cost Rs.a and Rs.b respectively . How much will be optimum profit with a given machinery's maximum capacity and production time. SP and monthly sales of the product was also given.
English section had 10 questions with 5 answer options. Mainly based on sentence correction. Testing punctuation and grammar. Relatively easy
Written Skills were tested on a case study. The client is an FMCG company and wants to launch a new product in the market - a soap bar that can be used to cleanse the skin as well as wash clothes. It is priced Rs.20-30 above the soaps but priced at par with the detergents . Write an email to the marketing head of the client. You have to analyse the market potential of this product and run a SWOT analysis for the same.
Tips: Maths questions were lengthy , there were marks for how you arrived at the answer.
Duration: 60 mins minutes
Total Questions: 25

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Short and crisp interview. Was quite formal and to the point.
Tips: Make sure you justify why you are fit for the profile. Mention research projects done in the past, if any . Be thorough with your CV and try to relate it to the profile.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Exhaustive interview.
Tips: Thorough knowledge of research methodologies and types of researches is important

They already have some people who they want to take and they just take some rounds of you and even if it goes extremely good they wont contact you back . Work here is also not good they tell as developer and will make you do devops writing yml files . This is what I heard from people inside . Even if you get this offer don't consider as first choice . This is my advice to people who are looking to apply here
