2. HR and Owner don't know how to talk and behave with there employees they are abusive towards there employees.
3. This is not company it's a Shop. ( Lala ki Dukhaan)
4. Sandwich Policy so think before taking leave and 1 leave in 2 months also for first 3 month No Leave.
5. People who eat Non- Veg eat outside office Stairs because they don't have sitting place to eat food except the two chair for 80 employees next to TOILET ( Gents and Ladies Toilet)
6. Last Employer of this company SHRIKANT SHRIVASTAV scam more than 2Cr from this company and the behaviour of the company is rude to other not with the culprit.
7. Remember to Remove shoes when you Enter. They say they respect office because they feel like temple and inside the temple they abuse like any random Roadside romeo. Good example is the owner of the company who literally behave like illiterate.
8. The HR of the company never Keep there promise and don't expect growth in this office because whatever and however you perform they just misuse your talent.
9. Bring your food or eat and than come because you will not get anything at your Lunch time .
10. You are not allowed to speak in Hindi on call to your COMPLIANCE Komal Shah but you are allowed to speak Gujarati in this office. Gujrati and English is Allowed but Hindi and English are not allowed.

Hahhahaha it's was a rollercoaster journey with this company.
Night Shift Job in this company only. I will never Recommend this company to anyone ever.
