Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

- Talk only in Marathi, this will give you preferential treatment on selection, Hr’s are full of Marathi people and only shortlist marathi candidates (checking sir names)
- For manager level jobs negotiate on Fixed CTC at Reliance Gross CTC is high but net Ctc is TINY !
*** Be careful of Akhand from HR he is a racist person and loves to give personal comments in interviews !
