They'll give an assignment which related to work you do with them and they'll not test you're proper academic skills but make sure that you're not leaving any part of your resume.
More than 2 managers will join in the discussion and they'll ask you to brief all about yourself and ask you indepth of all your Resume/CV words. Also they won't make you to feel comfortable with them, they'll irritate you during the session. I feel joining any other organisation is better than joining Indegene.
