Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There is no job security in this organisation. They will fire you giving you the same feedback which they gave you 3 months before so even if you are improving or making less mistakes with time it's not worth it because they will find any reason to fire you they won't see what better you have done since the last feedback. They just don't want you to work so whatever you say or however you perform results will be the same. So please think before joining this organisation, if you are getting better opportunity else where with little less package i advise you to take the other job not this one.

Constantly under observations of the managers or CCTV.
Notes are provided but not to take them home for study.
If a person is not wearing a tie or forgets to wear a tie in conversation with the client then he is removed immediately without any explanations.
If a computer shuts in the technical round without any of his mistake then the candidate has to leave without making possible for him to give the technical round.
The HR or the managers do not listen to the candidate even though the candidate is explaining that he has passed the interview, learned for 15 days, stayed till 9 pm to study the process & attempted every questions in that technical round. He was told to go and his salary will be transferred in 7 working days.
