Experience: I could manage to give only 3 quistions properly and rest were so utter fullfilled answers rather they thought i was nervous.
They gave me a glass of water and say if you want to do job then you have to join immidiately but in order to stay in running semester i got the chance to manage 1-4 moths .
Tips: Go ahead what you will say with that.never feel confidentless at this time..keep your one domain strong and throw arrows as can as possible in to the bow of quistions

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I was totally nervous infront of some wise student of this topic.I did not aquire knowledge of this topic specially before of this round.I Just sort the financial demerits of our country?? and used it in third worlds phenomenon according to their laws and territorials. My alloted time was 4 minitues so i have not gone to make any confedential crosswalk as in we debate do but just said only points with confident infront of others.
Tips: Make it clear that DEBATE IS NOT GD(GROUP DISCUSSION)in GD you have to create a gr or you are given in created group to perticipate .In this group you have to clear about your idea first what the motive and meaning of topic is in 1-3 mintues then put your ideas in your short notebook in this span of time and make your points or plan how to manage your communication with other person.if communication problem occurs then just say through your points in alloted time as a discussion with others when ever your turn appears.eye contacts should be done in between each person accordingly.Introduction,conclusion and problem and sollutions aspects should be given in gd.
