Tips: Make your resume simple yet attractive by highlighting your strenghts and achivements. But make sure you do not mention anything fake or something which you cannot answer. Tips: Study your job market and know whats is being offerred. Do not hesitate in asking what you want but be realistic. Try to play with numbers and demand slightly higher than what is being offerred in market. As you will always land up with something lesser than you demand.
Always show the HR that you will be loyal and work hard. Never discuss your exit plan. Tell them that you see many years with this company.
