Assignment Round
Was called and informed that I am able to join work from home typing job. I was asked to pay Rs 309 for my ID Card. Which I paid and got my work assigned. The HR Mr. Aditya shared his ID for further reference and contact. I was sending given 100 pages typing work which was 300/- per page. After completing the work I was to be paid Rs 30000/- plus 4000 Incentive bonus if worked completed before the date.
I was very clearly told that this job fors not ask for any payment from the employee.
After I submitted the assignment before time. I was asked to pay Rs 3445 as commission charge, after paying that amount I was asked to pay 6445 for GST , I paid that also , then immediately I was called saying that as the company has a current account and not saying account they cannot pay less then 50000 so now he requested for another 9000 which I understood is a total scam.
Now the HR Mr. Aditya is not receiving my calls after I told him that I do not want any salary, all I need was the money I paid towards commission and GST to returned to me immediately

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Recently, I had an interview experience that felt unprofessional. I was assured I was one of two shortlisted candidates for a role and encouraged to attend. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the HR representative finally conducted the interview but was dressed in casual nightwear, which left a poor impression. Such behavior from an HR professional does not reflect well on the company. I suggest researching thoroughly before investing your time and effort with organizations that may not prioritize professionalism in their recruitment process.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. Ofcourse if you are not confident you will get rejected. Because Interviewer asks the 4x questions who has lack of Confidence to broke them to fear .You sbould get rid of that.
2. And Always balance ur words like what u going to say ,read the mind of the interviewer. (ofcourse it take practices)
3.As like our older says "Stand infront of the mirror and start saying about you, define yourself to you, what r u, why r u, how u gonna work this, everything" This'll burn the fear inside you.
4. Don't get Upset if u can not make to a comapny and instead of doing excuses about the company or HR's question, U should work hard on yourself gathering previous mistakes and make to the better comapny
5.And always follow the laws and well prepare your responsibilities.
Thats all Advice i can gave.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got a call from recruiter and we scheduled one-on-one interview. For the hoisting question, I explained that hoisting is behavior where all declarations are moved on top. But the interviewer was outright rude and told that is an answer given by someone who doesn't know JS and not experienced person. Not accepting an answer and asking to explain in detail is one thing but calling out on candidates and mocking is outright rude. I got similar rude replies for other questions.
In ds round, for removing duplicates from array, I was using standard two pointer solution where complexity was 'N' but I was asked why such complicated solution for simple question. I was advised to use hashmap or two loops. First time in my experience where an interviewer has told me to increase the complexity because the optimized solution looks complex.
For the second question - reverse a linked list, it was not even 10 minutes and I was about to finish my coding with right answer(He did not even bother to ask how I solutionized). He told I'm taking too much time and he asked any other question and abruptly ended the call. My interview was scheduled for one hour in which he asked couple of js concept questions, js coding and two dsa questions and it was over in 35 minutes.
