I applied via Approached by Company and was interviewed in Jan 2024. There was 1 interview round.
Was called and informed that I am able to join work from home typing job. I was asked to pay Rs 309 for my ID Card. Which I paid and got my work assigned. The HR Mr. Aditya shared his ID for further reference and contact. I was sending given 100 pages typing work which was 300/- per page. After completing the work I was to be paid Rs 30000/- plus 4000 Incentive bonus if worked completed before the date.
I was very clearly told that this job fors not ask for any payment from the employee.
After I submitted the assignment before time. I was asked to pay Rs 3445 as commission charge, after paying that amount I was asked to pay 6445 for GST , I paid that also , then immediately I was called saying that as the company has a current account and not saying account they cannot pay less then 50000 so now he requested for another 9000 which I understood is a total scam.
Now the HR Mr. Aditya is not receiving my calls after I told him that I do not want any salary, all I need was the money I paid towards commission and GST to returned to me immediately

Experience: The first round had two programming questions and one question of database concepts.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: In the first technical interview, I was asked basic questions about the domain and my resume. There was also a lot of emphasis on problem solving abilities since I was asked to solve some puzzles.

Experience: The second technical interview was a written round where I was asked to code some searching / sorting variants , to test my ability to write quality code.

Experience: The last and the final round was probably the toughest and I was asked to design databases, with some constraints. I was given ample time to do it and it did take a lot of time. After that, we had some interesting questions about data structures and trees and that was it.
