Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please dont join this company this is such fraud company it is 1st they will manipulate in the salary part 1st they will say one salary at last they will put to some other process there u will get lesser salary what they told uh at 1st
Coming to AM round this round they will take uh too assistant manager he is such manipulater at starting he will be soo good at start till the day of certification after that you will see what he is. 1st he will say only u should do calls and shift is 9:30-6:30 i may extend to 7:00 but after u went to floor he will make you sit till 7:30 -8:00 till we do sale even though we did our best we won't get salary. Ours is new process called tata motors finance they said for kannada we will give 15k training amout this 1050 but we never got this salary wt they said 1st month salary you will get after 45 days that too 10k or 9k if we complain to that so called AM he will say it will come within few days but that day never comes after 3 months they closed our process not only our process whole EOS is a fraud. Who keep buckets to AM and manager those people will get promotion 😏 please guys who is planing to join pls dont go there. They are using Malayalies soo good papa those are innocent people they are getting manipulated😏
