Deploying into a project is a great headache here.

Round: Test
Experience: Cocubes pattern is what Capgemini followed when I attended the interview in 2016. They have 75 questions and 60cuttof .. I guess time would be around 90mins..But there is another patter Capgemini follows which has 50 questions in total. Which includes 15 apps, 15 English , 20 reasoning .This test is quite difficult to crack and when u are done with this you are 60 percent selected .

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Decent communication and confidence would definitely help to clear this round. . Be clear in what you speak and that's how it goes . Topics are mostly general ones.

Round: Telephonic
Experience: It is more of like communication checking . This round happens only if you don't have a group discussion. It's an easy round.
