Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This would be long paragraph but i hope it will help people.
Many candidates prepare very well for technical interviews, but do not take any preparation for HR or Managerial round. It is very important to prepare yourself for all the three. I could not answer 3 out of 8 or 10 technical questions (others were very confidently answered). HR and MR rounds are not just communication rounds but they are the rounds where you will be kind of judged and will be evaluated as a human being. Questions like " what would you do as a team leader if two of your team members are arguing over a technical decision " judges your way of approach as a leader in an environment and what kind of person you are. These all are my personal opinion it may differ from other people. Its ok to handle some answers but you have to be honest and express the real you because thats what will make you stand out of the crowd. I am an average CSE student, of-course I knew there will be candidates who would be better, so what could I do to stand out of the crowd ? Very simple : I smiled !! As soon as the interview started i greeted everyone with a positive smile and also kept it through out the interview ..!! That was my first impression to all the three interviewers. This showed that I was confident. Avoiding answers which are available on the internet and answering something which you feel and being right for the environment shows matters. Be confident, and be the original you, its probable that they may notice your originality which would obviously create a good impression.

Technical Advice : Try to give an example to support your answer. Do not give wrong answer. If you do not know an answer simply say that you do not remember it right now.
