There was a nominal topic and in that I had scored good as per the operations manager who is a "bloody imbecile", but he was adamant to recruit me and i sensed this fishy attitude. At last I was given a call and I was there working for 7 days. The training that they provide is a joke and the person Shounima who conducts the training is a non-sense bootlicker and I don't know what else she licks but she is a disgusting woman. She herself do not know what she is training for. The team leader was a bit better and he works hard, at least tries to explain the matter, but Shounima and operations manager are disgusting fellow. They all lack basic decency and they are one of the toxic companies that I have seen. Basically, they have opened an organisation and then they are not allowing talents to reach to the upper section. They have not paid me for the assignments that I have done for the 6 days. They are mainly out of funds just like another company named writingdots and are using the training and interviews to stabilize themselves.
