It's all about our communication , self confidence, they will give u a subject or else they will give u chance to choose subject, there will be maximum of 6 candidates can participate at a time the question is same for all , first u need to tell about yourself later came back to point and jst be confident nd say what you know , if u don't know about the subject also no problem jst try to convert that on ur way bcz they jst need a person who is willing to take a challenge nd good in communication at the same time keeping their smile through out the end? this is the crutious event only one or two people will be selected nd its the first round later u can proceed to personal interview.Every airline interview they r following the same procedure so u can use this in any airline interview ? have a good day
