Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Sometimes, its all your fate that decides where you belong. I can justify this statement as one incident happened with me. I was referred for Package Consultant Salesforce role in IBM by one of my team member who now works at IBM. I had cracked the Cognify Test. Also, I cracked the 73 MCQ's questions test. Before scheduling my Video Interview, I clearly mentioned to recruiter that I have the experience only in Apex coding and customization/Customization and no experience in UI viz Lightning/LWC/Visualforce. But recruiter told me that they have openings for customization as well. Then, my WebEx technical Interview was scheduled. Unfortunately, the person who was conducting my Interview was not well organized. She was so confused that she continued to repeat same and same questions, and was clueless as what to ask next. I had fluently answered all of her questions correctly. But, to my surprise, she passed on negative feedback about my interview to HR. (Don't doubt on my technical capability here, as I have cracked all Salesforce Technical interviews at all the companies that I applied for, particularly Accenture and Cognizant. The only question that I was not able to answer at that time was the first question that I shared regarding cyclomatic complexity). I was also not willing to appear for the Interview as I was already in the last step of hiring procedure at Accenture and Cognizant. But, my suggestion to you is to keep appearing for as many companies as you can before you get at least one Offer Letter.
