Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I got my resume short listed and they called me form an interview but since its a big company and I had to wait for a long time so there was a delay in this and I had to take it up because we have to sacrifice to get something. But for all the interviews I will be in time because it's my attitude I always follow the time lines. And after waiting for more then a hour one of the recruiter came and collected all the information and testimonials from me and asked me to follow her. Then she let me into the interview room and asked me to sit and as usual she told me be comfortable and if you need some water, I said thanks and then she told me to wait and I shall be back I thanked her. Then after twenty minutes she entered in and she started of with my interview, as usual about my self and my experience I was very comfortable with this particular thing and was very confident so she liked the ways I spoke and expressed.
Tips: Best is to be in time for the interview, first impression is the best impression the rest of is not in our hands if your luck with the interview you get a job if not no. Just don't get frustrated try until you succeed

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: The general discussion went on well I was very confident and answered all but when it came to technical I was like started stammering because I never expected that they would ask in depth techincal questions. I was way behind my experience since I was not a technical guys but I use to recruit technical guys just explaining the job description to them thorough but this experience was little very different to me.
Tips: Never expect the unexpected you won't get what you want but you will get what you don't need

Round: Technical Inteview
Experience: As I was not in more from the technical side and was not able to answer to the questions they told me they will get back to us.
Tips: When they say this you just look for another job immediately
