Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview consisting of two rounds, first is about my personal details, which is intervied by Hr person. the second round is technical one, which was taken by Project director of the particular project. So i advice everyone be confident what you answering them, all the questions were asked about my experience part, and the knowledge what i have gained during the work apart from my education life. They also check all my documents. After completion of my interview and after 1 month, i got the offer letter of this company. Now iam so happy for this achievement. I hope all of the others who were attending for the interviews, hope you all get placed.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was a technical one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour 10 minutes. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my B.Tech curriculum i.e. Civil Engineer site experience related topics. He stressed a lot on the basics related to my project topic. Luckily I was able to answer most of the questions correctly. I tried to answer each question with examples and also used props on the table (like pens, paperweights, pen stands etc.) to explain my theories. It was my first offcampus interview, and I think I did pretty well for a fresher. You need to stay calm and should apply presence of mind. Please go through the job description thoroughly word-by-word and recheck your resume to ensure that you are a best-fit for the position.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - To ace an interview you need to be a good listener as much as a good speaker. Try to listen and understand what the interviewer is asking and then reply. Never be in a hurry to answer, take time. If you did not understand what interviewer is asking simply ask him to repeat, pls don't presume anything and answer anything that comes to your mind. Most importantly never fake in an interview just try to be your best...
