Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviewer checked both my domain knowledge & communication skills, also checked the comprehension by essay writing test before the interview.
I tried to answer each question with examples.
One just need to stay calm & positive while answering so that even if any answer goes wrong, the interviewer can think of considering you. Presence of mind & confidence helps a lot for freshers. Go through the job description thoroughly & also the company website & most importantly your own resume.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. The JD provided was not even slightly close to what the interviewer was asking me about.
2. While the interview was on someone or the other kept walking in the cabin. It happened like 7-8 times. The interviewer also left the cabin for sometime.
3. While I was there I heard a loud yelling, someone was getting yelled at very badly.
4. While I was approached with the Social media Manager's JD. I was getting asked about all kinds of Ads. I said, I am a Social Media Manager, the digital marketing position is different from mine. Interviewer said, we work in all departments here. No one is doing anything specifically.
5. These reviews of the company seem fake and are bought I feel. I can't agree with positive reviews here. It was written in the office that 'XYZ has to put negative comments on competitors account EVERYDAY'.
6. The office environments felt hostile. Not recommended for anyone.
