Round 2 - Aptitude Test 

There were around 20-25 MCQ on medicine and Insurance basics. Candidates were asked to fill the CV provided by them. Just simple & easy test.

Round 3 - One-on-one 

(5 Questions)

  • Q1. One on one interview with 3 dignitaries. They asked details about our educational background, previous experience, reason for leaving, informed that dual employment is not acceptable. .
  • Q2. Panel were lovely and the Interview went very well and smooth. No tension at all during the interview.
  • Q3. Couldn't proceed further. Got better opportunity
  • Q4. Basic nephrology questions such as pyonephritis, PCNL, URSL etc. Then some gynecology questions such as DUB, fibroids
  • Q5. Discussion from the CV we filled during the 1st interview

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The final round was virtual. But asked to be present at their office location in chennai. I guess the panel were from north (most probably from hitpa headquarters). Just relax and be calm. Easy interview process. The panel made me very comfortable. One of the pleasant interview experience I ever had.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The organisation is not worth as their is no growth phenomena, no promotions beyond Chief Manager level, increament is according to slabs for different categories of hierarchy and rating is not at all work related. The final say is of board of PSU deputed employees. No transperant methods, no proper aligned processes, HR department role is weak and helpless in employee beneficial tasks and policies.
