Round: Resume Shortlist
Tips: Resume shortlist is something on which you have no control at all. So pray for the best and don't get disheartened if it doesn't come. To enhance the chance of shortlisting, try putting in some keywords relevant to your profile(For eg, in case of a credit profile you can put credit analysis, credit ratings, appraisal procedure etc) in your resume and highlight them.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: My interview was totally HR based where they asked questions from my Resume. They didn't spare even a single block of my resume and asked from everywhere. After grilling on resume they asked me about my qualities with a real life example( where I have shown it) attached with each one. Then they moved on with questions related to profile and why I wanted to take this profile.
Tips: Be thorough with your resume preparation and don't put anything which you can't talk about. Every certification has to be justified. Summer internship is the most critical part and hence require a detailed study

General Tips: Be very clear about the profile to which you are applying. Don't apply in any profile just because others are doing so or it is a good paying one. Understand your profile/liking/company and then take decision
