Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Ofcourse, few situation and analytical based questions are also asked.
Everything goes with flow starting from HR round to GD to panel interview to online assessment and I was lucky enough to get interacted in last rounds with HR head and Ex-Director also.
