Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HRs are very professional in nature. Dont share all documents including ID proofs before salary negotiation or leave it. They ask you to submit all documents stating that you got selected but it is trap to collect your personal information so ask them clearly how much hike you can give if it is matching with your expectations ( ask to confirm verbally) otherwise dont share documents. They offer hardly 20% Max and doesn't make sense to negotiate with them ask them clearly or told them keep your job.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - When it comes to interview, we found ourselves little nervous which is obvious but it has to be at an extent. First thing that we should understand that Company interviewing you needs human resource to get their job done and if you fits in their boot then they will pick you up, So be what you are and work on your skills and your USPs.

Be confident and handle any scenario calmly as no one should know everything. You can be best at something and not knowing some other part but stay ready to do attitude.
