Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: It was and off campus drive, first round was written test on computer as MCQ.
Aptitude, reasoning, English and programming sudo codes.
60 questions 90 minutes.
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Total Questions: 60

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: It was a very interesting round, we were given sufficient time to think about topic.
First we were asked to speak individually on the topic ,later panel member asked is to make same topic as debate.
Tips: Don't sit silent, if you are not getting a chance to speak, you can interrupt to the people and seek a chance to put your point.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Tips: Be confident and tell the exact you know, don't try make customised concepts.
Try to drag interviewer towards the fields of your strength.

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.
Skills: Communication, Body Language, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Decision Making Skills
Duration: 1-4 weeks

Round: Test
Experience: The verbal section was easy.  Analytical was very easy and I personally did not prepare much for it.
Tips: There is no need to learn any words just have to be grammatically strong.You will find it easy if you can understand english movies.
Duration: 80 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The interviewer was pretty informal and friendly and though i was a bit tensed before entering the room, once i went inside my nerves calmed down and the interview went well. It was pretty simple. There were about 6 different interviewers, all of them were very experienced. They asked standard questions like tell me about yourself, strengths and weakness,  asked a few puzzles.
Tips: Just prepare for standard HR questions and do not get tensed. Be fluent during the interview

Experience: One of the panel members was thinking that he was the sole authority in the subject and that the candidate does not know anything. He treated the candidate like a dumb. The tone of the talk was rude and was in a very very unprofessional manner.
