Round 3 - Assignment 

Email writing, LinkedIn post.

Round 4 - One-on-one

  • Q1. Same questions paraphrased with some more basic questions.
Round 5 - Behavioral 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. This was the actual interview and can be said that it was a stressful interview, in 30 mins I was bombarded with at least 25 questions.
  • Q2. Anything and everything you can think off.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There is no cohesiveness on who they want / what they want. To make the long story short it will entirely boil to the last round and it's the only round. The rest is just the gateway. Till this point, you will already be tired. I found across the whole process that no one had any clue what the next round could be. In the end HR has been very cooperative but it was an experience I never want to have.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please DO NOT waste time and energy into interviewing with a pathetic organisation like GIVE India. I gave total 8 rounds of interview (HR, Technical, Assignment & Case Study included). The HR initially told that a reference check would be asked, if I'm fine with that and I was okay with that. Got an offer letter after arduous tasks, however, the HR called and informed that they would necessarily have to talk to my current reporting manager to my shock. I had already informed them about the confidentiality and again reiterated the same. But they kept on insisting and gave me 2 days time only. I was told that If my current manager says 1/10 thing negative then my offer letter would be rescinded. Obviously, did not have any choice and had to let go of this toxic company. Glad that I was exposed to this before joining.
