Round 2 - One-on-one

  • Q1. Basic questions, Tell me something about yourself, your work, why Give, etc etc.
Round 3 - Assignment 

Email writing, LinkedIn post.

Round 4 - One-on-one 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Same questions paraphrased with some more basic questions.
Round 5 - Behavioral 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. This was the actual interview and can be said that it was a stressful interview, in 30 mins I was bombarded with at least 25 questions.
  • Q2. Anything and everything you can think off.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There is no cohesiveness on who they want / what they want. To make the long story short it will entirely boil to the last round and it's the only round. The rest is just the gateway. Till this point, you will already be tired. I found across the whole process that no one had any clue what the next round could be. In the end HR has been very cooperative but it was an experience I never want to have.
