Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - A very horrible interview session attended by my friend who has just finished masters in applied mathematics.
There were telephonic interviews done and she qualified and was called for face to face interview in Bangalore. It was made clear that the role will have to be working with all departments and in addition to this my friend even asked the HR multiple times to confirm that it is not a sales role and the HR confirmed the same.
After her arrival in the office a initial “math test” was taken from the company side and then she had a face to face interview with the company CEO.
The CEO bluntly told that it is a sales roles and will she join or not. In addition he also told that she’ll have to run behind the customers and the get the sale done by hook or crook.
She had to travel 400 kms just to attend the simple interview and this is what it was for. A complete disappointment from the HR & CEO for pulling out such a disgraceful and inhumane stunt so that people join their team.
Highly recommend everyone to be safe and not join this soulless team and also not take any of their classes cause they are clearly not looking for quality but to only make money.
