Then Technical Manager comes & asks some Fundamental Questions about the field. He will also ask core technical questions related to torque, power calculation, stengths.
Ask for salary and expectations, explains company culture. He will agree with the expectations if you answered satisfactory.

They will try to negotiate, I have not negotiated and later got a call with an offer having my final figure of salary expectations. But they have included bond and variable pay. That was not suitable for me.
