Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I suggest not to join the company.
There is no flexible hours of work.
We have work morning as well as night when we want to launch the project.
We as a developer, we only need to follow up all the mail's and align the team for testing.
Team lead assigns work at time he want and says to finish by EOD.
If we say to manager he just says to lead from next time don't do like that.
We haven't escalated to HR as about manager regarding the work flexible, if we do both manager and lead will be in trouble.
Manager does favours he will assume one can do work good and handle while other can't, this is not the right way for equality. Others also can do if they get opportunity and learn from that.
we can't do all job ourselves like testing, follow up with clients, align for meeting, align team for launch of apps. We are developers not project manager to do all work.
If we complain to manager, he won't do anything.
Seniors just bad mouth in front of us and we can't do anything.
It's a toxic unit where I work.
Rating is negative from my side.
